How Shall I Do If My Dress Can't Fit Well
Fit Solutions & Reimbursements
At SposaDresses, we are committed to ensuring your gown meets your expectations. While we strive for precision with every order, achieving a tailored, second-skin fit for formalwear often requires final adjustments.
The Nature of Custom Sizing
Every dress is meticulously handmade to order. Because of the artisanal nature of our production and our reliance on "basic custom sizing" (utilizing your provided core measurements rather than an in-person fitting), slight measurement variations are a standard industry occurrence.
Whether due to manual measurement nuances or fabric behavior, taking your dress to a local seamstress for minor finishing touches is an expected part of the bespoke process.
To support you in achieving your ideal fit, we offer a structured reimbursement and adjustment plan. Please review the official solution guide below to determine the best course of action for your order.
